What is the procedure to file a petition/ writ in high court. And how much money (approximately) will be required for that.

If you are hiring a competent lawyer then it will be around 50 thousands. It depends upon lawyer to lawyer. If you are a lawyer by yourself, then round about 5thousands rupees on court fees etc
