Q6. An agreement without consideration is void . what are the exceptions to this general rule provided in contract act 1872?

Part C Sale of Goods Act
Q7. Define condition and warranty. what are implied conditions provided in sale of goods Act 1990?

Q8. what are the rights of unpaid seller under sale of Goods act?

Part D west Pakistan civil courts ordinance
Q9. Briefly explain the pecuniary and local jurisdiction of courts.

Q10. Discuss the law to file appeals against the orders of civil judges. Additional District, and Districts judges provided in civil courts ordinance 1962.

Salam eama and senior members, please tell me the new syllabus of civil judges exam of kpk.

syllabus is available at KPk PSC website.

I searched that website but don't from where i could search the syllabus of Civil Judges, can you please guide me that where to go on this page to find it?
