rechecking will not be fruitful.. as per my opinion... they have to show paper in court room and justify their marking as well .

You might be right. But there are many other condidates facing same fate. Most of them are going for rechecking as according to them public service commission can hardly be challanged on this point. Because papers are usually checked under a specified criteria settled by PSC and HC. It is same like scoring 39 marks in essay in CSS and no one can challange it.

Wow. What's your district / domicile? My friend had challenged the essay paper of pms in PHC where the court ordered the director exams k.p.p.s.c to show him his paper. The paper was shown to him in Commission office which carried the remarks by the examiner"poor and short". Again, he challenged the paper/ marks being less but this time HC refused and dismissed the writ stating that he (petitioner) couldn't show any melafide on the part of examiner. HC further remarked that if the HC work rechecks the paper by any other professor then a new door would be opened for the people. And the HC would work of that of commision and assign professors rather to dispense justice. I'm also aggrieved from law papers but being a practicing lawyer at HC, I don't think that the HC would allow your petition. If you are still committed to recourse to HC then accompany me as a petitioner. I've some unique grounds for being petitioner. Your district of domicile?

Law papers' marks are shocking being against expectations. I think the professor have marked the law papers measuring length of questions and didn't check answers paras by paras. Disappointed.
Your English and Urdu marks are outstanding. These are Civil and Criminal Law and GK papers that proved fatal. Better luck next time, brother.
