Pitman Shorthand is best for these tests.

pitman for starter then go to 700 common words for speed writing and then go to dawn news paper

if you learn Pitman than First go and brought the book "Pitman Shorthand new course"

For Teeline you can take the help from internet because not book in available about Teeline short hand in pakistan.

Its depend upon you that which one you can easily understand. Because an officer give you the dictation and you have to convert that short hand into long hand by yourself.
