Default Urgent Legal Help required

My case is admitted in Islamabad high court regarding Regularization of my service on the vacant post of my Father, after his death. hon'able judge has directed that a "Stay" order on my job may be issue to my department.

Another issue which I forgot to discuss with my lawyer is that.. My father was allotted a government accommodation which is allotted to me temporary after his death. Now, Islamabad High court has put a Stay on my job till the decision, Estate office , which allots house, needs to renew my allotment after getting Contract extension of my Job, which is due to be extended on 24th of March 2018.

My question is, Is there any chance if My lawyer request the judge to put Stay on the allotment as always? Is it possible for the judge to do that? in this part of the same case?

Please guide.
