Question Kindly Help me

AOA to all memebers,

My query is to Dear Mirfaisal and all experienced Civil Judge aspirants, I want to know the date from which the experience of two years is counted as couldn't understand what senior member Mirfaisal was trying to concentrate on membership of the bar.

Kindly tell me for how long I will have to wait to appear in PCS Judicial exam. I want to tell you that the result of my L.L.B 3rd part exam was announced on 4th April, 2008. I submitted intimation form on 1st April, 2008 and also indicated April 01, 2008 as the starting date for practice and passed the intimation exam on August 02, 2008. Now I am waiting for the completion of six months period which would complete on September 30, 2008 to be enrolled in Punjab Bar Council.

In the light of this information kindly guide me to the way through which the period for my experience starts as soon as possible. Also tell me the difference of registration in Punjab Bar Council and Division/District Bar. I was reading the form for enrollment in PBC which I have to submit immediately after the completion of my intimation period, I saw it was written that one must have to become member of a Bar Association within six months after your enrollment. what is the procedure to become member of Bar Association after enrollement in PBC and when one can submit one's form for Bar Association memebership after enrollment in PBC.

Kindly tell me the procedure in detail through which my experience for two years ends as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Dear zarkhan
you are always welcome, regarding interview i m sure that was a wonderful experience for the judges who took my interview. I will post all questions in separate post. For the guidance of English, Urdu and General knowledge, wait for part B of 100% success. for the time being choose an intermediate level grammar book for english.

the date of experience counts from the date of your registration as a lawyer in any bar after your have got license from punjab bar council, in other words first step is license of punjab bar council and then 2nd step is registration in any bar.

As you have not yet obtained ur license and registration, how can one calculate the time.

just wait for license and when u got it file your registration in any bar.

registration in punjab bar indicates that u are a valid lawyer and registration in a bar indicates that u are a practicing lawyer

since we know that the eligibility for the post of civil judge cum judicial majistrate is LLB & 2 years experience as an advocate..is this aplicable to all
provinces???or other provinces are exempted form such condition of 2 years experience????another thing that i came to know is that in NWFP bare acts are provided in exams,is it so???plz do let me know...

As to the ist Q .....two years experience /enrollment is required only in Punjab PSC EXM.No such thing is required in other provinces.
As to the second Q .....Yes Bare Acts are provided in NWFP for all major & minor Acts except Islamic law & jurisprudence & hadood laws.B.A not provided though in punjab. Don't know about other provinces.

One more exception that I forgot to mention is the Law of pleading which is also an exception to B.A.

Regards.
