Thumbs up this is not 100%

well Mr. u shared a very good guess regarding law subjects..... bt i thiink passing law papers are very easy in judiciary exam.... bcoz... bare acts are provided with papers....
the important papers are english and genrl knwldge..... and if one wana 100% success he must prepare alot for these two papers..... one hv to pass these papers and also hv to make good score....
so i think we have to concentrate especially on english and GKnowlg.
thanx.

well sorry for the misunderstanding
here in punjab, no such facility is provided. you have to learn by heart all the sections and articles with commentry.
yaar you are one of blessed persons, if u have bare acts in hand then u can pass any law subject without even reading...... thats what i thought-though,
good to know that they provide bare acts in juduciary exam in NWFP

I have never attended any academy. i have seen mohal academy but did not gather enough strength to study in that damn smelly academy.

guess for stamp act
1. aims and objects of stamp act
2. instruments compulsorily chargeable with duty
3. documents exempted to be stamped
4. law mentioned in S 4, 5, and 6
5. receipt and penalty for refusal
6. S 33 and 35 + 33 Vs 35
7. offences under stamp act

why dont u ask all questions in just one sitting n what is ur name?
