these are the questions i prepared for the exam despite the guess

1. essentials of valid contract

3. when consideration or object of an agreement unlawful
4. contract by minor
5. capacity to contract
6. free consent, undue influence, fraud, mistake, misrepresentation
7. contingent contract
8. performance of contract
9. appropriation of payment
10. contracts need not be performed
11. discharge of contrct
12. remedies for breach of contract
13. responsibility of finder of lost goods
14. contract of indemnity, rights of indemnity holder
15. bailment, rights and duties of bailee, revocation
16. pledge, rights and duties of pawnee and pawnor
17. agency, creation and revocation, rights and duties of agent
