Reading of different books on a single subject is more than good but as far as law is concerned, my advice is, study only those books which u have studied in LL.B.
Check questions in previous papers, solve all those questions by making notes and then start upgrading ur these notes with case refrrences, quotations etc....
So, in beginnig, only prepare simple notes and understand wht is says and then go for its upgradation by studying other good books.
you may consult notes but try to be different from others.
you may make good notes than khurram....

alisha if u r in punjab u need to have 2 years practice 2 become eligible
there are two main subjects only according to new policy civil law n crimnal law
civil law includes all civil laws like cpc crpc etc
n crimnal all crimnal code
i will suggest take major acts of both subject go through it try to have case study of the section dunt go for other books

brother best way to study law is to read bare acts n major act try to develop ur skills on interpreting law with help of case laws n genral studies but one should go through bare act 1st i dunt think khuram qureshi key books are good they dunt have sufficient material try to make ur own note do read those key book but plz dunt rely on thm

dear girls and honourable boys i know personally abass khawar shanas, he is a gentle man with lot of courage and confident.he is right in his saying that whatever told by madam was insufficient for judiciary,because it is not child play.you need to be serious if you want to be a civil judge.

well brother i do respect ur views judiciary is not child play thats y am telling u go through each n every section bare acts n commentry than for case laws prepare own notes
n i can bet one can clear through if he study according to this method

a.o.a. if u want to appear in exam of cj which vl be held by lhc lahore than its simple way to study only bare acts not with comentry but student edition.
