What is LLM? can a person become judge after passing LLB?

LLM is master degree of law. one should pass llb first to be enrolled in LLM
yea after passing llb one is eligible to appear in CJ xam but in punjab u need to have to years practice in field of law or u can say 2 years after taking of lisence

thanks for reply. is it not possible to give Pcs exam after LLB for becoming judge?

Judges i.e. civil judge cum judicial magistrate are selected by High Courts after implementation of new judicial policy. Check the following advertisements of LHC and SHC about eligibility and experience. This exam is not like PMS or PCS there are two papers.



1. Civil Law
2. Criminal Law & English Essay
