yes im practicing banking side. after getting licence frm KP bar, do get enrolled in any district bar bt immediatly. bcs it is only then that u can get licence of High Court aft 2 years. frm disrct bar your period starts

The practicing time starts from the date of Interview or after getting license? because some cases may license card months bad Bar Council issue karti hay

Yes i will definitely enroll myself with the District Bar because ap vote bi tu apni district bar may hi poll kartay ho na. So that is why it is so important.

I have just returned home after taking Examination For The Enrollment Of Advocate Of Lower Courts(KPK BC).The questions are given below:

1.Enumerate and explain various grounds for dissolution of Muslim marriage.

2. What do you understand by the word Talb (a) discuss its kinds(b) what is Limitation provided for talbs ishaat and talbs khasoomat?

3. write application to the senior civil judge for grant succession certificate?

4. what is a plaint, what particulars are to be mentioned in a plaint?

5. Explain bail before arrest and bail after arrest with reference to section of law?

6. Define confession and its kinds with illustration?

7. explain various type of wounds and injuries?

8. What is professional misconduct under the legal practitioners and bar council Act 1973?

9. Write short note on any four of the following:
Extortion
Abduction
Theft
Kidnapping
Revision
Review.


PS: We freely consulted all the major and minor acts in the examination hall.
So prepare as hard as you can for this examination.
