Default Need help for License Examination for lower courts
Can you help me with citation of cases in a court. Tomorrow i am going to take License Examination for lower courts. Sirf aik case example kay liye quote kar do. baki cases may khud cite kar lon ga. please help me. I have to fill the ten cases in the form. But citation ka method nahi ata. plz aap bata do.

Yara, woh Ten Cases wala form hota hay na jo apko submit karwana hota hay examination say pehlya. Like proof kay liye kay aap nay in cases may apnay seniors ki help ki hay. kuch is tarha hoti hay citation:

dated..........yara i dont know but woh case ki judgement ki top par hota hay na. uska proper method bata do please.

dear mehsud...
those ten cases means u have to mention those cases which u have assisted with your senior advocate. you should contact the senior advocate from whom you signed your first intimation form, and then submit in the form those cases which he refers you.


if you have interest in civil then try to submit civil cases but if you like crime side then submit cases of 302,365A,380,354,354A,107crpc, bail etc.

but it depends on the senior advocate practice ,whether he has cases of civil nature or criminal or both

if u have assisted in bail cases etc before trial then it will be like

mehsud versus state

but at the time of trial the title will be

state versus mehsud

It means its my choice to submit Criminal or Civil cases. Well, then i am going for the Criminal cases. Civil cases ko explain kartay kartay mar jaon ga. Thanks Imran bhai. Tusi great nahi balkay Grenade ho!

you are right
thanks. but the cases u mentioned is of writ nature and he is going to submit form for lower court so it will be better that mahsud mention cases upto session court becoz citation of high court cases will be required after two years when one goes to submit high court form
