Question new judicial service rules 2011

aslam o alaikum

friends i just got a info that LHC has made judicial service Rules 2011.
750 marks for written test & Viva Voice test.
50 seats of civil judges (age 21 -30 with 2 years experience as a lawyer)& 30 seat for ASJs (age 35-45 with 10 years practise) 50% Quota for islamabad & 50 % for all Pakistan..

is it true?? will anybody confirm it plz??plz clear my ambiguity.

i also got the same info today..
it might be a rumour but if it is true, the age limit is really objectionable.
and ma'am its Islamabad high court judicial rules

how can LHC make rules for federal city?? i thnk it is a rumour...islamabad high court can take intiatives but LHC impossible...but its confirmed that civil judges searts will be announced for islamabad within a month....babar awan annouced couple of month ago civil judges seat in isl ....it is still unveiled ...whether any person domiciled in provice of punjab or memeber of bar association within jurisdiction of punjab is eligible for these post or not?

sorry ghazali nd rahim sir rules were set by Isb high court not by Lhr.
i typed wrong. ... when these seats will be announced?? age limit is not in favour of a lot of candidates.

its ok g......every one is expecting these seats in july....age limit i thnk 25 to 35 ....but em confused whether these will be for only islo lawyers or for whole of pakistan ?

45 seats r not enough for whole of pakistan....coz every is waiting for civil judges seats...in punjab there r almost 5000 candidates who r waiting for seats ...i thnk only those lawyer will be eligible who r member of islo bar association??

RAHIM BHAI it is not possible,
seats will be for the whole country, either number of seats are 50 or 20.

an let me add one more thing, general relaxation always granted in general. rules may nai hoti general relaxtion. i think 3 to 5 years of general relaxation would be granted to the respected aspirants.. just hope for the best

i think add will come in the mid of july...
and someone told me that IHC are going to conduct the exams

dosto aaj k newspaper"THE NATION" main baber awan ki statmnt ai hai

he said 150 seats for civil judges n additional session judges

101/150 seats for civil judges n quota of islo n provinces as under;

isl 50 %
each province 12 %
fata 2 %

hence 12 seats for punjab....tyar ho jao ad bs july main expected haa...i thnk there will be a tough competition in punjab against 12 seats

age for CJ 21 to 30 (age should be between 25 to 32)
2 years practice
3 seats reserved for female

for additional session judges
age : 35 to 45
10 years practice

150 posts of judges created, says Babar

ISLAMABAD (APP) - Former Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dr Babar Awan on Sunday said that government has created 150 new posts of judges through Islamabad High Court Act (IHC) for two sessions’ division of Islamabad to facilitate the litigants.
Talking to the delegations of Multan, Vehari, Bahwalnager
and other Bar Associations, he said that out of these judicial posts 101 have been created for civil Judges and 30 for Additional Sessions judges adding that two Sessions Judges has been appointed and remaining Additional Sessions judges, Civil Judges would be appointed soon through exams.
He said for the first time in history of the capital 50 per cent posts of judicial officers of the district court will be filled by Islamabad based lawyers, 12 per cent posts have been allocated for each of the four provinces and remaining 2 per cent seats of judicial officers will be filled by the nominees of Federally Administrative Tribal Area (FATA).
Babar said the government has amended “Legal Practitioner and Bar Counsel Act” and now Federal, Provincial governments are bound to allocate annual budget for Pakistan bar council,
Provincial Bar councils’ and the Bar associations.
He also urged the lawyers to make their bar Associations accountable as it is the money of public, asserting that all bar associations should start projects for the welfare of lawyers.
