When the exam for the post of civil judge will be conducted?? any idea ?

At the minimum it'll take 3 to 4 months.

Has any body appeared in judicial exams of this nature?

Sir General knowledge paper will b objective type or subjective?

Is there any past papers for Civil judge cum judicial magistrate??

We've to wait for a month or twice because the High Court will take time in formulating strategy for the upcoming exam.

For past papers, I am too, surfing the inter net but don't find any relevant material, except a civil law paper of the last judicial exam from the Lahore High Court.

I'll try to contact seniors for past papers. Regarding the paper format we must wait and start our study in a steady manner.

If these are in .doc,.txt or .Pdf format then uploads the file on any external file sharing website and share the links on the forum.

deffinetly there is difference b/w pattern of HCt exam and Pcs.

A friend of mine in High court peshwar told me tht the Bar council is going to take action against that advertisement. last time there was minimun qualification was 2 years experience and they were saying tht it must be at least 5 years.. and now there is no need of experience

last time criteria was same as this time .however the purposal of two year necessary practice as an advocate was under consideration last year .....

do u have any idea tht what is Urdu paper pattern? is it just like english paper
beause i saw LHC past paper and it was same like english paper like idioms, precis,essay and translation. dont know about peshawar high court..

Brother Could you please upload the papers on the forum you are talking about?

i think there is no need to take action by the bar council agains the adv. By high court. Experience can give more credits to seniors.

i think so it will be same as english one.but dont know exactly.

Bar council not going to take any action.

Dear zohaib dont make us horrifying with the words of experience. this time i, think they want to encourage fresh law degree holders. Remember that this time the court will take exame like kpk public service commission.

Agree with noni gul. Besides not putting the condition of 2 years practice will also bring more revenue to High Court.

Bar Council may suggest - that even with exceptions- something to High Court. It has no authority to take any action against the directions of the said Court.

Corrigendum in advertisement#1 Now one has to appear in the NTS and only those who qualifies NTS will appear in the exam for civil judge Cum judicial magistrate

Those who have already submitted forms shall submit further bank draft of 1000Rs in the name of registrar high court peshawar. last date is extended to 11nov 2013.

Corrigendum to Ad No. 1
 

Those who have already submitted forms shall submit further bank draft of Rs.1000 in the name of Registrar High Court Peshawar.

OR

They are required to submit the remaining Rs. 1000 in the Account No. 943-7 in favor of Treasurer in the Bank of Khyber, High Court branch, Peshawar.

The candidates who have not yet submitted their forms shall submit the forms till November 11 with a bank draft of Rs. 2500 in favor the said authority.

what will be the criteria of NTS,marks and subjects?? if anybody know then please inform me.

Dont know the exact pattern of the test.. but it will be conducted by the NTS and there is more probability of adding 3 years experience for the civil judge exam. But there is no need of experience for the appointment of civil judge under order 201.

i think it will be like the test of high court lahore. civil law criminal law english and general knowledge and it will be of MCQS type. you can check the NTS judicial guide for civil judges cum judicial magistrate by Dogars brothers.

Yet not confirmed but PHBA is demanding again and again for 3 years experience. it will be confirmed with in a week. As i have mentioned that there is no need of experience according to order no 201. and if they add 3 years experience then we have the legal remedy and we can writ against it. so do work hard and prepare for the test.

and if the pattern is like lahore high court then you can get NTS judicial guide by
Dougars brothers..
and one more thing you guys can check your status on peshawar high court website by entering your name or father name..

Guys check the Exam status for civil judge on peshawar high court website by entering your Application no or full name or fathers name. its just a confirmation that whether your form is recieved or not....

Does some one has any update about the exam of Civil Judge cum judicial Magistrate announced by Peshawar High Court?
