please help me as i am very confused about what to do mba or l.l.b i dont know in which i hm interested please advise me any thing

and if i do l.l.b can i practice in punjab as i am from balochistan

To have answer for your First query either MBA or LLB, explore below link

And answer o your 2nd query is that yep you can practice anywhere in Pakistan having LLB degree.

Well as you know this is an age of professionalism. Therefore, you must be an expert in what you choose as your career i,e. Law or MBA. In other words it implies that you must opt the one which suits to your aptitude and mood the best.
In my view it matters least which discipline carries wide scope. But you opt a wrong choice, it certainly does matter.

I hope you'd have got my point.
