Qualification/Experience required: Second Class or Grade C Bachelor Degree.

EXPERIENCE: Five years experience in BS/Grade-11 or equivalent for Government servants or employees of Government controlled organizations in the following fields: (1) Police, (2) Accounts, (3) Central Revenue, Collecting Agencies, (4) Engineering, (5) Telegraphs and Telephones Engineering, (6) Telegraphs and Telephones Traffic, (7) Railways, (8) Railways Engineering, (9) Commerce and Trade, (10) Economics, (11) Scientific and Technical Personnel, (12) Government Controlled Corporations/ Autonomous and Semi-Autonomous Bodies, (13) Postal, (14) Banking, (15) Insurance, (16) Armed Forces (Technical Personnel). OR Five years experience in non-Government or private Organizations in the following fields: (1) Clearing and forwarding, (2) Practitioners and Advisors of Income Tax, (3) Accounts, (4) Imports and Exports, (5) Insurance -General-, (6) Scientific, (7) Legal income tax.

Domicile: MERIT=2, PUNJAB=8, BALUCHISTAN=1, NAFATA=1, AJK=1,

Closing Date: 03-MAR-09

Note: SPECIAL PAY RS. 220/-PER MONTH
Plus five (5) years general age relaxation.

DOMICILE: Merit=Two, Punjab=Eight (open merit=Seven and reserved for women quota=One), Balochistan=One, NAFATA=One and AJK=One.

There is an experience requirment of five years......is it compulsory....how can they keep yrs experience as req for AD FIA?i thought that AD FIA has no exp req just like AD IB or ISI...can somebody shed some light on this issue?

Given age limit is 22-28.now consider it with 5 years compulsory experience!!!!!!!!!!!! ....looks guite strange.

and what is the cut off date for calculation of minimum age(22)?

Seniors plz notice, do higher qualifications can be regarded as equivalent to the work experience asked for, i am mechanical engineer 4 yrs degree with 1 1/2 years of experience in a private firm,so would my additional 2 years studies would benefit.... moreover i am surprised by such recruitment process, bcz if one completes his bachelor degree at an age of 23 or 24, then he can hardly occupy 5 years of experience, such recruitment process is only going to benefit govt employees... kindly suggest

Dear only post qualfication exp 'b reckoned. Part time exp 'l not b counted/cnsdrd. Experience in terms of period gained after attaining prescribed qualification is considered only. Any body not fulfilling the prescribed criteria should not bothr himself to apply. it simply 'l b equal to waste ur Rs. 300/- and time as well. Im personally vicitm of FSPC regarding exp. matter. In mid 2008, I qualifed the test of Asstt.Manager (Admin) but owing to possess less exprnce, my application was rejected straightaway. Even i reqstd A.D FPSC to let it off being falling in top 10 but He regrttd. FPSC never relax a criteria even a bit and reject ur application at any stage irrespective of ur marks and position in written test. If an.body don't beleive, just have a look at FPSC Ordinance 1977. FPSC is very strict in adhereing to criteria.

Dear Azizkakar, regret to tell that u r illegible to apply. 05 Yrs. in BPS-11 or above is rqrd. Considering d fact, only 02 yrs exp. is avaialbe at ur credit. Yes, if u don't disclose ur service period lapsed in BPS-5 and show that 03 yrs any any pvt firm then slight exist for your consideration.

Dear irfan_ali, u r luking anyod with the criteria framed by FPSC. Basically, FSPC duzn't frame any criteria itself. This commission makes only induction in accordance with criteria laid down by ev dept and FSPC is bound to adhere to. Criteria differs against the same post (A.D) in various org. which is wondering. Regarding acquiring 04-5 yrs exp. within age bracket of 28 yrs is ur rite reservation. Precisely, u r not eligible to apply.

Master degree can give an edge to any candidate in interview but it duzn't relax the criteria to apply in any way. First meet the criteria (05 yrs exp.) then reverie for preference in itnrview.

Now i personally feel that no. of applicants against this post will be less than that of A.D (I.B) whose test had held on 18 Feb. Mostly ppl will disqualify due to acquring less exp but truth should always be endorsed and i also endorse that this sort of criteria is clear crystal discrimination with fresh blood.

What will be the test pattern of A.D FIA. Will it b the same 1 which we ppl experiencd on 18 Feb against d post of I.B. If differs and any body had appeared in past, plz share. Prompt response will be highly appreciated. Regard to ev.1

I have more than five years experience in private sector but i did not mention any experience in AD IB post. i simply wrote Nill in the experience column of FPSC form. would it be possible for me to write down my experience in the AD FIA Post or it may lead to disqualification on the charges of concealing of informaiton against previous posts applied for?
