Important Instructions
Instructions for Applicants/ Eligibility Criteria
Selection Procedure Instructions to fill Application Form Conditions for Ineligibility Submission of Application Form Written test (Where Applicable) Interview Important Notes 01. Selection Procedure Advertisement Receiving of applications Written test(s), where applicable Interviews Preparation of final merit Joining on probation 02. Instructions to fill the Online Application Form Before filling in the form, the applicants must get prepared the Bank Draft worth the amount as indicated in Application Fee section. Application will not be submitted without giving the Bank Draft Number. Applicants must fill every relevant column of the form and follow the further instructions vigilently. Applicants must follow the instructions in their own interest. Incomplete application form may result in cancellation of application without assigning any reason. Specifically indicate the reasons for age relaxation (If Claimed). Indicate the preferred Test Center, however a center will only be established at a station if there are sufficient number of applicants for that station, otherwise the applicants will be called to appear at any other nearest station. Indicate if you are applying to be considered for the disabled quota by selecting the appropriate option. Indicate clearly your addresses and ensure providing your postal address correctly because all correspondence will be carried out on your given postal address. 03. Conditions of Ineligibility An applicant who knowingly furnishes particulars, which are false, or suppresses material information or submits forged certificates or tampers with entries pertaining to his age and educational certificates, will be disqualified and debarred form employment in any Government Department. Under/ Over age Applicants. Persons who, on the date of application, are not citizens of or domiciled in Pakistan are not eligible for appointment. An applicant who has married a person, who is not a citizen of Pakistan, shall not be eligible for the appointment. 04. Submission of Application Form Application for posts in BS-11 to BS-18 are to submitted using the online form. Application for posts in BS-1 to BS-6 are to be submitted using the sample form published in the advertisement. Applicants will submit hard copy of their application via Registered Mail alongwith required documents/attachments. Written Test(s), where applicable The applicants who fulfill all the qualifications would be called for a written test. Depending upon the number of applicants, the test will be conducted at the following stations, In case of lesser number of applicants at a given station, test centers may be reduced. Date and time of the Written test will be communicated to applicants individually via Registered Mail:- Islamabad Lahore Peshawar Karachi Quetta 05. Interview The applicants would be interviewed by the Selection Board at station(s) as deemed appropriate. 06. Important Notes The date, time and place of Written test(s)/ interviews will be notified individually to the applicants at the postal address given in their applications via Registered Mail. No TA/DA will be admissible to the applicants for appearing in the written test(s)/Interview. Any change in address or Telephone Number should immediately be reported to CAO, C/O Post Box No. 2849 GPO Islamabad. Applicants should also arrange for communications to be redirected to their new addresses.

1. Can I apply for more than one category?
Ans: Yes, anyone can apply for all the categories where he/she fulfills the criteria. Application Fee for all the categories, the applicant intends to apply, will be displayed to the applicant. Moreover, he/she shall have to submit the Bank Draft of corresponding amount before applying for any post(s). 2 .Relaxation in age limit is permissible or not? Ans: Age relaxation is permissible under Federal Govt Rules. Details are mentioned in the Advertisement. 3. May I submit Application Fee in any bank? Ans: No 4. Can I change my test center before written test? Ans: Applicant can appear for test at allocated test center only. 5. How can I intimate change of present/postal address? Ans: Applicant can send request for change of present/postal address through mail or by email (mail@recruitments.com.pk). 6. May I send my CV/Resume only for a post? Ans: No. Applicant will have to apply ONLINE or on prescribed proforma with required documents mentioned in the advertisement. 7. How can I print my application? Ans: After completing all steps the complete application form page will be displayed to you which may be printed 'Print' Button. 8. I have submitted my application. How can I know it has been sent successfully? Ans: After completing all steps the complete application form page will be displayed to you.

special staff jis ki eligibility matric hai kya agar koi 2 years graduation yani 2 years b.a wala iss post par apply karay to kya usay preference di jai gi aur kya iss post kay liye written test ho ga ya direct interview
