Who are we kidding here? jobs are for ISI, not MoD specifically. You can find contact of everyone from MoD's website, but writing/contacting them would be a wastage of time.

Few additional topics that I intend to prepare include Internal security policy and threats to internal security of Pakistan, Role of Media, IP gas pipeline, border and other conflicts with India, Indian influence in Afghanistan, Iran and P-5+1 negotiations, Gaza, Overview of Pakistan's relations with Russia, Turkey, Iran, China and U.S.
