dear it has character certificates attached to be attested by grade 17 or above and no other complicated requirements. departmental permission is for those who already serving in Govt departments not for wailay persons like me.

I am happy to see that you have taken a wise n sensible decisiom. In intelligence civilians dont enjoy the perks that serving army officers enjoys. In state bank you will have better chances to flourish. Do give your medical by the way .

Latest news about joining is that, Security clearance for all candidates is still in progress. None of the candidates clearance has been completed.

Mine is still pending. and may take further 10-15 days.
