Hussain qureshi thanks for sharing a valuable informative circular.
If in the psycological test cant qualify 5 to 8 person each seat than compition may be let upon 3,4 candidates for each seat. Samiliarly if 8 candidtes fit by psyco test they may called top 5. i think now picture become more clear.

NAB last time called only those guys for interview whom to recruit, 119 seats 123 interviews...

Don`t waste your time. Interview is just a formality for them.

These are the fresh guidelines issued by Establishment Division Govt of Pakistan. The NAB will have to follow that instructions in true letter and spirit otherwise the whole process can be easily challenged in the court of law.

The DG NAB is different from last time. May be he will pursue the order. Last time, every eye bore witness to the hypocrisy of NAB.

Last time no such kind of directions issued by GOP. Focus on the first few words of Press release issued by NAB "In line with the directions of Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan...........". Further 30% weightage of interview would make a lot of difference in the presence of neck to neck competition in written result.
