If interview falls in late dec or january, it will be a big problem for kpk candidates as pms is going to be held from 27dec to 14jan.

Do any1 knows how much time a candidate will have for interview preparation after gettining intimation from NTS or NAB about qualifying for interview

Last year on 26th May 2015, NTS intimated the date and venue of interview through SMS and later the call letter was also received.
Last interview was conducted on in end of June 2015
Final result was announced on 13th July 2015

i got shortlisted on minority quorta (sindh urban), what are the chances for me to get allocated? should i keep my hopes high ?

That won't be much problem , you can adjust your interview timings with NAB after they send you call letter or sms or call , Normally they give averagely 1 week before intimation, 90 % chances will be that you know about your pms datesheet.This will helpful .Just call the office and tell them your problem , and ask them to reschedule it.

But i asked about the duration betweeb the call of interview and actual interview time. How much time will we have to prepare of interview after gettin interview call.

The process will not take more than 8 months, counting from 1st of August. The CSS and PMS will be the hindrance towards conducting the interviews but interview will begin in in the end of December or mid of January(for accommodating kpk pms candidates) . All the bureaucratic measures of pay and allocation are done before advertisement. If these tests were taken by fpsc then it would have been different and the whole process would have taken at least 18 months. In the end, 1st of march might be the first day reporting.

They will be asking for your documents and if they do then probably you will have been shortlisted for the interview, that will give you at least 10 to 25 days for the interview depending upon from where you will be interviewed. Islamabad candidates might be the first or last one's to be interviewed.

Around 10 days......but not sure....and all interviews are not on the same day......last time people who were on top were called for the interview first and than subsequently the lower ones....so it all depends.
