Medium is mixed, I guess essay is a prerequisite for all.... Interview didn't go to well as I had not througly prepared ordinance my own undoing... Topic was procrastination....

My interview:
Essay topic was "Dreams" and time was 10mins. The asked to write one page only.
In interview there were 4 persons. Three asked questions and one was silent. Questions were in this order:
1- theory x and theory y
2-maslow hierarchy theory
3-cabinet mission plan
4-14 points of quaid azam

Then the other person asked about my job and went quite in detail.
Then the third person asked "what is the most important thing that an organization should have?"
That was it. The overall time duration was 10 to 15 mins.

your interview was for D.ad or A.D??
