I think its for the psychologist to read and must be having a small percentage weighage as well.

lets see sir , If it goes to psychologist than how will he weights that thing because topic of every session is different

He is not looking at the topics.....he is judging your positive and can do attitude attitude towards things....many of these topics are deliberately given as negative ones as procrastination, jealousy etc......he may be judging the fact that whether you conned your way out of psychometric test or you are actually who you say you are.....

1) introduce yourself
2) tell us about financial statements
3) how companies raise their funds in market
4) motivation of subordinates theories

Yes its even open on Sunday. You can visit NAB Lhr if you have document or interview related issue.

Today was the last day of interviews I think or is there anybody left ??

Now its road to result.... Last time result was announced after 2 weeks....
