NAB chairman in consultation with president decides the method of appointment. If we fulfill the criteria then there would be no problem. Experience is not compulsory but prefered as per adv.
Plz tell me if u know apointment rules and share the link. I foun this in NAB Ord. G5[28 6[(a) The Chairman NAB, or an officer of the NAB duly authorised by him, may appoint such officers and staff as he may consider necessary for the efficient performance of 7[the functions of the NAB] and exercise of powers under this Ordinance.] 8* * * * * * * (c) The officers and members of staff 3[of the NAB] shall be entitled to such salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of services as the Chairman NAB may, with the approval of the 9[President], determine. (d) Subject to sub-section (e) the provisions of the Civil Servants Act, 1973 (LXXI of 1973), shall not apply to the persons appointed in 1[or employed by the] NAB. (e) Nothing contained in sub-section (d) shall apply to a person who is a civil servant within the meaning of law relating to appointments as civil 10[servants] of the Federation or a Province and is deputed to or posted in NAB. 11[(f) The Chairman NAB, may appoint advisers, consultants and experts, on payment of such fee or remuneration as he may determine, to assist him in performing the functions of the NAB and the discharge of his duties under this Ordinance. |

National accountability commission (NAC) in the making. Would have its own agency AIA (Accountability investigation agency) based on the pattern of FIA which will carry out investigation within 60 days and would submit a report to NAC. |

Though there is no harm in discussing things but sometimes it hurts to see how time-taking and discouraging recruitment processes have become in our country, having turned our youth in leeches feeding on the slightest crumbs of motivational energy. Sometimes its disonance reduction and sometimes its simply the search for anything new. In either case, the concomitant eventuality seems to be the reduction of frustration caused by unemployment and job-hunt scenario. I wish things were different.
