I agree with you somewhat but the mobile phones are only taken away when tests starts and are returned when it ends....but assuming everything said is incorrect the unnecessary delay of 2 weeks in declaration of lists poses serious question marks on credibility...as last time lists were published immediately after result for the same posts and the NTS call center gives absolutely no valid reason for delay...

WHY NTS DO NOT OFFER TRANSPARENT SYSTEM FOR RE-CHECKING?
WHY NTS DO NOT RE-EXAMINE THE CANDIDATE WHO HOW ABNORMAL RESULT?
IN NAB MR. YOUNIS YAMIN GOT 95 MARKS. I REQUEST ALL CONCERNED TO CHECK HIS ACADEMIC TRACK RECORD AS WELL AS COMPARE WITH HIS PREVIOUS RESULTS IN NTS.

If someone has done a 4 year Bachelors and completed 16 years of education does he/she come under the above category?

I just fail to understand what's with the stories, I was in the isi recruitment drive reached interview stage, in the nts Psychometric people cheated, by attempting sections not in the due time, I was ostracised for raising my voice and it was not in my center alone as someone wrote a letter I'm dawn as well
Still I came back for NAB, because the system though flawed is not as bad and due to the opportunity, as Pakistanis how can you guys expect perfection

Yar if this is true take your friend with you and file a case either in Supreme Court or Wafaqi Muhtasib. Every one will find out who is lieing or not.
Secondly guys please wait. Recuirtment in government sector takes hell amount of time. I am curently serving as a government employ in on of ferdral government office. My result was declared after 3 months of the test. Then after 4 months we were called for an interview and then after 8 months of wait we got call letter. Every thing was on merit but it takes time. Till this summer i also used to say that NTS is a fraud and the delay result because they are changing the list and merit. But now i bielieve its our goverment culture to keep the files for month before proceeding.
I also had applied for an other Fedral organization last year. The result was annonce 2 months later and i had an interview last week. So please wait everyone.
I hope it will make all the fuss clear.

It refers to having completed 16 years of Education, simple 2 years BA does not constitute 16 years of education meanwhile a 4 years of BSC(Hons) or Bachelors in Engineering or MA duly fulfils the stated criteria of 16 years.

95 what ? even 99 out of 100 is possible in objective type testing
