Many engineers got 79 next time they'll probably exclude them from recruitment.
English was very tough for engineers I guess.

Good luck All candidates!
I am serving in NAB as an AD. This time merit would be higher. So all those having marks greater than 75 in AD test should be expecting the call for psychological test.
recruitment takes a lot of time so be patient and also apply elsewhere so that you guys have other options as well.

Sir please guide us on how to tackle psychometric test. Do we need some kind of preparations or just go at it blank?
Any useful tips/suggestions ?
Thanking you in advance.

psychometric test is a screening tool and many high scorers may also get rejected in it. This type of test is used to assess the attitude of a person. What we usually do is that we try to be honest and expose our faults such as anger, one track mentality and poor interpersonal skills etc. What you need to do is to keep consistency in different type of questions that are designed to gauge a particular variable such as honesty or emotions.
try to spot questions are are checking a particular attribute and try to be as positive as possible.
I hope that would be helpful
