Seniors plz guide. I have passed both dad and ad tests from Balochistan and im in top 5 in both the tests. One test will be counted for both the posts ive learned. Now, which one should I attempt? Will they be varying in terms of difficulty and chances of clearing?

The Psychometric test may include following:

- Personality Test (Completely Subjective & Unpredictable)
- Rotter Incomplete Sentence Blank Test (Sentence Completion)
- Thematic Appreciation Test (Story writing based on given pictures)
- Word Association
- Verbal and Non-verbal Reasoning Tests
- Elementary Mathematics

I am sure candidates with good writing skills and rich vocabulary are going to find themselves at advantage against those having relatively tenuous command over English language. You should also utilize the allotted time wisely. Such tests are designed to be completed in limited time for the sake of efficiency-measurement, and only the most clever will be able to answer maximum number of questions satisfactorily.

Good Luck!

Psychometric Test including WAT, TAT, etc. has nothing to do with English writing skills rather these types of tests focus on your personality. so, dont be panic with English and Vocabulary and o would suggest to use as simple englist as possible in your sentences and story writing.

I am confused about story writing. What sort of story sould be made? Does it have to have a twist or simple plain elaboration of that single event?
