Result of psychometric test??
 
Does anyone know about the expected date of psychometric test???is it going to be in a week or two or may take a month??

Date of psychometric test or result ?
They dont usually announce the result , only those qualifying will recieve calls from NAB for documents submission.

Any idea who will be checking our papers ? Will it be NTS or will it be NAB who will decide on a psychologist's opinion?

Do they rearrange the merit after psychometric or it remains the same as of the written test??i mean psychometric carries any weightage or it just serves the purpose to filter out candidates?

I have heard two different opinions on that , some say your merit remains the same as after psychology whereas some say psychology test does give some added advantage as they would prefer a more psychologically sound candidate over a less psychologically sound candidate irrespective of their marks.
Thats what some old aspirants told me.

1) PSYCHOMETRIC test make only fit or unfit for this job. no extra weightage on interview merit list.
2) merit list for interview depends upon FIT or cleared Psychometric test candidate written score.
3) psychometric paper checked by NTS it self they prepare the list of qualified as merit wise and send to NAB HQ, so finally NAB called up the candidate for a interview.
4) expecting at least 3 weeks for submitting the result to NAB HQ and next 2 weeks for NAB HQ called for interview.

Thankyou sir for providing this information. Can you clear one more thing ? How will nts evaluate our psychological papers ? Have NAB providing them with some criteria ? Or its just nts who on their own will make a psychological profile deemed fit for job ?

Dear some people think that may be NAB given some guideline to NTS for selecting FIT or UNFIT on behalf of BIG 5 personality traits.
but actually NTS psychologist checker are well in there field and they passed generally sound personality candidate, criteria would be same like other departments.

in 2012 induction trend was a lot different from the trend of 2015. In 2012, 1.2*total no seats = candidates were called for the interviews initially then if no suitable candidate was found, they would move to the next lot of candidates(of course top to bottom approach was done).But, in 2015 they change the whole system and called 5* total no of seats = candidates for the interview and selected the best candidates in them. Now, there were some people saying at that time of the interview that there was not enough time to judge them fairly on the basis of interview and they have been just been a formality. there were some candidates that were crying foul because of failure but surely there must be some of them that were genuine(My point ) and their psychology test was turned out not up to the standard even if they have passed it. My analysis is that even if psychometric is just for suitable and non-suitable clause it has bearing on your overall performance and in final merit decision.
