Interviewer-2: Have you studied on scholarship OR Self Finance?

Yes, It was scholarship but I could not maintain to scholarship criteria and university converted it into educational loan.

Interviewer-2: Why you could not maintain the scholarship?
I have been working in shops.

Interviewer-2: What kind of shops?

Computer Repairing, Mobile Repairing, Photo Studio. (Actually, I have been working since I was in class 6. But I didn't mention this because I was asked to explain why I could not keep up with my scholarship.)

Interviewer-1: I really appreciate the way you pursued your education. What is your aim of life?
I stumbled while answering this question. Mien ne dartay huway bari mushkil sy yeh kaha, "Mien kisi aisi jagha kam karna chahta hoon.......jahan..... mien apni capibilites.... ku effectively...... use kartay... huway aisa.....kam.... kar sakoon...jo matter karay."


Interviewer-3: Islam Talwar ki Nook par phaila, es debate ke baray mien aap ka opinion kia hai, Talwar ki Nook par phaila ya Sofia karam ki wajha say?

Islam ke phailnay mien Talwar ka bohat ziada role hai, Talwar ki wajha say Musalmano ko Hakoomat mili or hakomat ki wajha say Islam Asaani say phail gia, LAIKEN, yeh kehna ke Talwar logoon ki Gardnoo par rakh kay Islam qabool karwaya gia BILKUL galat hai.

Interviewer-3: 1940 say kia zehan mien aata hai aap ke? 1940, 23 March?

Interviewer-3: What is Lahore Resolution?

Lahore Resolution ke baray mein Aaam perception yeh hai ke ES mein Musalmano ne Aalehda Mulk ka formally Mutalba kia tha. Yeh baat Matric or FSc ki course books mein bhi likhi hai. Laiken Lahore Resolution jo mien ne Parhi hai dosri books mien, wahan par aisa kuch bhi nahi likha huwa, Muslamano ne aisa koi mutalba nahi kia Lahore Resolution mein. Albatta, Lahore Resolution mein ziada autnonmy ki baat zaroor ki gai thi.


Interviewer-3: What is two Nation Theory?

Sub-continent mein religion ki bunyaad par 2 bari Qoumein Basti hein. Or yeh dono qoumien aik hi state ke under peacefully nahi reh saktien. majority rakhnay wali qoum minority nation ko supress karay gi... And...

Interviewer-1: Tell me about what you have done till now after getting your degree?

I have been working in ******* since I got my degree. I attached with one of my University Professor who actually established that company. I worked there for two year.


Interviewer-1: What was the nature of your job?

Control System Design.

Interviewer-1: What is this?

These are micro-controller based intelligent systems, that are designed to do a certain job. For instance, Sun Tracker. Sun Tracker is a system installed along the arrays of solar panels that rotates the panels as sun moves from east to west.

Interviewer-1: So, it is a hardware field?

No, It is, in fact, a mixture of hardware ad Software fields. There is, usually, a small computer that is programmed to do a certain job. It is also known as Embedded Systems Design.

Interviewer-1: Which language you have used to program those small computers?

C and Assembly.

Interviewer-1: Ok, so what you did after two years?

During my two years in that company, I designed different systems, including an industry grade Sine Wave Invert-er. I left the job as I started getting professional work online on the bases of experience I gained from that company.


Interviewer-1: Was about to ask something else, interviewer-3 interrupted and said "That will be all gentleman!"


PS: I was scared initially, panel did calmed me down by smiling and looking at me like they were really interested in whatever I have to say!
It was third ever interview I have appeared.

I'm no expert brother. I just have 3 years of hands on experience dealing with various aspects of HR. Moreover, it is worth noting that there is a hell lot of difference between an interview at a private organization and an interview at a government organization such as NAB which requires you to pass screening and pyschometric tests. They had a psychologist in the interview panel who did not speak however he was continuously studying the body language of a candidate. I do pray for every candidate. Whatever the outcome of the interview is, stay assured that whatever Allah Almighty decides will be in the best interest of that candidate.

Akhlaq bhai as far as I can assess, your interview went outstanding. You answered all questions. The scholarship part of your interview will be percieved positively by the panel. There's no doubt about it. A lot will depend on the screening marks. Till where your interview is concerned, you will hopefully get
selected.

Your interview went good...you were confident in explaining everything you explained everything fully....i think you should be confident about the result.

As far as early jitters were concerned look everyone's heart is racing before one sits on the chair... But that's why they say "make yourself comfortable" because as soon as you sit down it becomes a conversation and the person doesn't even realises how quickly time passes......

I disagree with the fact that interview carries 30% weight age... I think alot depends on your interview....

I don't have the capacity to evaluate your interview; the reason being that I have already been unable to convert 4 interviews of mine into successful.
