Can anyone update regarding AD NAB Result?

It takes the FPSC, atleast, 6 months to compile test results for nearly all job cases. Add in the fact that the pandemic shut down FPSC's offices and, also, the near 50k candidates, the result can be expected in 9-12 months from test date.

Any idea when will be the result for AD NAB? Will there be descriptive test?

Federal Public Service Commission will soon announce the result as well as schedule of descriptive test for NAB test. Be prepare for descriptive. Commission has changed the policy of general recruitment by introducing descriptive test to filter candidates for interview.

Recently they announce preventive officer result for FBR. Only two vacancies and still there is a descriptive test for two candidates.

what will be the pattern of descriptive test?

Only God Know that. The descriptive test for the Appraising officer and Preventive officer in FBR has already been announced but the syllabus is yet to be announced, FPSC works like a sloth.

When will the ad nab result announced?

Some people are claiming the merit for Punjab will be around 90 given the number of students that appeared from here. I need to have 15 guesses right to be anywhere near this number so seems unlikely if I'll make it

Could be anytime between the start of April and the end of June. FPSC usually takes 8 months for such exams based on my understanding

Let's hope they have a descriptive test. Otherwise the merit will be above 90 for sure.

People tend to overestimate their performance. It's natural. 90 in such a diverse test including Maths, general knowledge, CA, Islamiat, English and NAB ordinance is almost impossible. Maybe 4,5 people cross the 90 mark but not more than that. I think Punjab merit for shortlisting would be around 80-85. And I am not sure there would be a descriptive test, because for other AD posts, sometimes there is a descriptive test, sometimes there isn't. Best of luck to you, bro.

The ad nab vacancies are cancelled
 

I am sharing this news with a heavy heart. The concerned department i.e NAB has canceled the said vacancies, i.e ASSISTANT DIRECTOR. I contacted FPSC and complained to them about the delay. Unfortunately, the vacancies are canceled by NAB. I am sharing the picture as proof.

From the statement, it seems that it has been delayed due to litigation not canceled.
