what you think?
Assalam o alikum to all,the test I would say was not difficult rather tricky.I personaly feels that they will short list candidates and every one appearing on the test would not be called for interview.
What u people think wich part of the test will be critical.i I think paper A will be of more concern for them,story writing wil also play a decisive roll,kindly share your view on it.... |

4 stories in 20 minutes....... a very tough time. i could not start even a third one. how one can develop and write a good story in five minutes. it definitely require extraordinary skills.

my stories were chakass and test over all was good too but it seems an eye wash a bakwass to me i dont think if it is transparnet any one is going to be failed in this test
how many of u think at least the msqs result should be published on lline? i strongly agree to it lol daaaaaaaaaal mein ktch kala hey ya saari daal he kaaali hey |

Dear friends test was not easy. it was tricky & all those who say it was easy they should wait for the result. most of candidate have made very meaningless word pairs . like
milk - cow , car - seat , chair.....sit ,sun.....moon ,blood...red . by psychological l test they wanted to measure our mental approach level of understanding & creativity of thought. MILK=CALCIUM car = duty chair = serve blood = sacrifice sun = electricity mother = land children = future fire = cooking these pairs reflect better, meaningful, creative approach to perceive the things. i dont know how they have feed the answers of the mcqs with in the computer.. as there was completely written on the test sheet that rightly fill the circle other wise computer will mark it incorrect. any one can have different preferences regarding his life style so how a computer can mark them incorrect??????? it looks too strange to me...may be they look the second part first and then place a candidate in a group and then computer should mark his answers in part 1 paper according to a group assigned to him.....just my personal opinion..nothing comes to my mind other than that....so strange..huhhhhhhhhhhh

psychological test
my test was pretty good........and stories which i hav written there, were quite upto the mark........... further shortlisting will be done now for interview........but the problem is my marks of test only 59 .... i
m form kpk...... any one from kpk having marks 58???????????? |

psychological test
dear programming in done in computer e.g if a candidate has shaded neutral answer then he will get 20%age if agree in a specific question he will get 35%age and so on..... personality test result will be in the form of %ages of behaviour and nature.........
