I think You dont need any specialization certificate it is clear from the name of you degree but do Call your university and ask them if you need any specialization certificate or not.

I have done MBA Finance and the specialization was mentioned on my degree too so I called my uni and they issued me the certificate within a day.

I have not receive the degree yet but have my pass certificate of 4-years BBA(H) from my university and my specialization in written on in as "specialized in Finance" koi problem tou nahi hogi na apply kiya huwa hai degree k liae but eid k baad milegi...

As far As my opinion it is mentioned in transcript our specialization so no need of any kind of certificate.......transcript is a authentic proof of our specialization........

May be they ask you the provisional degree from university which is issued along with transcript.
