if they regularize the hired candidates after some time then its good, other wise further contract extension is really an awful experience, as i have seen what's happening with contractual staff in my office.

a while back i spoke to the dy.director NAB (HR). he himself told me the selection process doesn't end at the interview, the training will also count towards your job being permanent. also if a lawyer reads this 'temporary but likely to continue' he'd better be able to explain, but i think it's a clause, so that they aren't bound to hire each and everyone who passes the interview. call it "a way out of commitment"

training i can understand, while joining bank even our MTO's batch had this clause "successful completion of training and probation period" n i think it is very unlikely for one who has passed all these tests/ interview to be incompetent during training,

but it would be good if they clarify this' likely to continue' clause well in the beginning
