I think that they are calling those whose domicile they have misplaced or those who did not sent their domiciles at all.......It is obvious that they should not call those whose have not been short listed for the next step but let me tell you that it is FPSC's procedure that scrutiny of documents is altogether a separate process irrespective of the fact that whether the candidate has passed the exam or not...In FPSC they call everybody for document deficiency etc before the announcement of the result...

Anyways! this is not FPSC but the same procedure can be expected from NAB as well as somebody in an earlier post already said that a NAB official has confirmed on phone that these calls have nothing to do with the result..May be Waqas is the one whose domicile is already in their possession...How can you be sure that they are calling ALL those people AGAIN who had submitted their domiciles at the day of psychological test?

I know there is a strong urge amongst those who have scored low in the written test that higher scorers be rejected on the basis of psychological test as this is their only chance to make up to the final merit list.....For those who make up to interview stage written test marks will play a decisive role in determining one's merit for the seat...So let us all be positive and hope for the best..

i have submitted my domicile with other documents on day of psychological test...... and again posted all of my documents with domicile when a deadline of 13th August was given on NTS website.....
After submitted it twice even then i received call from NAB to submit it. I told them that i have done it twice before but they said they didn't receive it. So for the third time i posted 2 copies of my domicile....

Agreed...

post questions which can possibly ask in interview....

Does any one have idea what is the ambit of NAB....mean what kind of corruption it stops only money related or moral corruption too ?

And does it only stops corruption related to state institutes or private matters too?

Why the NAB was not authorized to investigate the NLC corruption scam only because its fall under army?

I called NAB Islamabad on Tuesday. I have no idea whom I spoke to but I was told that letters would be issued after a week to the candidates.

It seems like whoever calls NAB to inquire about the recruitment process, they all get a response like the one I got or similar responses. Seriously, it's been over a month and they are still saying the same thing over and over to whomever calls.

I know people have been called to submit their domiciles but I want to know if anyone has received a letter from NAB or not. Please also mention the post.

You have asked a right question.

But according to my source and as per this forum members the letters are not issued as yet. According to my source the letters will be issued in the month of October 2012.

Regards

I agree but I beg to differ and you're like half right. First, NAB has nothing to do with FPSC or it's procedures. Secondly, Written marks matter but they are not decisive and do not mean that a candidate scoring 70 marks is entitled to receive an interview letter. If it were so then NAB would never conduct psychological test so written marks matter but do not ensure your interview call. Goodluck.

@ Rao

Sir I am very well aware of your ordeal. I know that people are being called despite submitting it earlier. However, I used the word ALL...

@ Dead Man

Well I said that written marks are going to be decisive once you reach the interview stage....So it means that after you clear the psychologist test....For instance, if NAB intends to call three persons against one seat for interview Than the top three scorers would get the chance provided that they have cleared the psychological test...Even in Interviews higher scorer stands a better chance of qualifying as it has already been mentioned by some Col from NAB in a news article that 'merit of written test will not be disturbed' and If anybody whose merit deteriorates after interview performance will be forwarded to the Chairman for further review... Meaning that written test marks are important...

@Amir Shafique
thank u so very much for elaborating it. i was trying to convey the similar message but no body was even willing to listen to it. now i think the forum members will be better able to understand the procedure which the NAB is pursuing.
