Just talked to concerned officer at NAB. He said almost 50% of DDs had not joined, who were on merit list. So offers dispatched to candidates in reserve pool and today is last date of their joining. He further said if u have not received any letter by today that means you were not even in reserve list. Induction for this batch is now closed. We are not going to call any one now on, even if any seat left vacant.

Just wanted to share info to end air of uncertainity. as far as conversation wid dat person is concerned, I gave him a big laugh in return n told him k sir me apki baat bilkul samajh gaya. I knw I am not dat bad at all. Thank u for the info.

Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?").It is against Forum Rules. Use "you" instead of "u".

Thank you for confirmation. But this post interview process was very opaque and quite disappointing. In fact, concerned person had very generic and unsatisfactory answers with him. There was no sense in keeping waiting list secret. If around 35% appointees rejected offer, then psychiatrist should be asked to justify, and to my utter surprise, only two JIOs confirmed here that they have been contacted, which means remaining 46 or at least most of them are either not forum members or not knowing about this forum.

I may be sounding like a loser, but this feeling was not earlier, my opinion has suddenly switched side after few tele-conversations with concerned NAB officials.

Anyways, congratulations to all successful. Best wishes for all those who came very close to success. Thank you for timely information and communication with aspirants during the process Mr Hussain qureshi.

Just 98 out 134 Investigation officers joined NAB. Around 20 DD didn't give acceptance and 12 Investigation officers didn't join after giving acceptance whether JIO or AD.

This is really astonishing that more than 25 % Investigation Officers have not joined. The higher the grade, the higher the percentage that did not join, i.e. percentage of DDs not joined is about 50 %. This means that people in higher grades are receiving more facilities in other departments than that provided in NAB. Surely, NAB has to improve its allowances to grab attraction.

I think that all the seats have been filled through candidates falling in waiting list. What you say?
