Basically , I wanted to ask that a person who has done BA(HONS) in media studies (Journalism) can apply to the post of AD without considering whether the post has been announced or not ..? I saw an Ad of AD of the previous year .. They demanded Masters .. They didn't use the word 'eqviualent' .. I asked if that degree[BA(Hons)] accepted ..

BA (Hons) is not equivalent to Master's degree, doesn't matter what your grade was in Bachelors.
