so far, from different threads i think that almost everyone is of the opinion that forDD next step is pschy-test which is just a Yes/No test that is carries no weightage towards final merit and also interview is just a formality. That means this NTS test is actually the decider ignoring the pschy-test for the time being. Then why are ppl so excited about the cut off as there seem no chance to improve your chances if you are near the cut off.

Excited are those who are down the merit list with the hope that candidates with higher merit will be weeded out through psychological test and they will get the chance if they qualified the psychological test. this really happened the last time.

The toppers fear that if they failed the psychological test then their heavy written marks will be of no avail.

Since the psychological test carries no marks and its result is not revealed by NTS or NAB so even toppers will not know why they were not called for interview.

after psychological test the NAB will display the quota-wise names of those candidates who will be called for interview and that too one for one seat.
Everyone will be left with no choice but to believe that true transparency might have been observed at NTS and NAB and only right persons have been called for interview. But after appearing in psychological test no will even think that he may fail the test since it has nothing substantial even then many will fall off from the "PULSARAAT"

the shortlisting before the psychological test is based on the number of marks but what will be criteria for shortlisting after the psychological test and before the interview, none knows. this is where most of the top scorers will be dropped off without any reason and only choiced few even lying down the bottom of written merit may get a chance.

Can anyone confirm the minimum score for deputy director they called in from KPK ?

plz identify the domicile (Rural/Urban) of candidates (self and acquaintances) from the DD Merit List so that separate Rural/Urban Lists could be compiled and any candidate could find his merit place in the relevant lists easily.
