Merit varries for different zone. for example i have been shortlisted from FATA for JIO-67. merit also vary on Gender base (Male/Female/Minority). for female and minorities it is slightly low

Merit varies for different people because of provincial quotas, women quota and minority quota. Otherwise NTS selection is as transparent and fair as it could be.

NTS should be banned and a new fair organization should come into existence. It is a good excuse to say that the merit varies... Without the disclosure of merit policy, NTS is the most corrupt organization in Pakistan, in my view. Why doesn't NTS disclose the merit policy, if it is oh-such-a-fair organization? Many students who attained very great marks were not considered for reasons best known only to the "fair" organization. And by the way, why does not the fair organization tell what it did with the objection form? Are objections raised by all the candidates miraculously invalid or it was just another eyewash by the "fair" organization? Kindly defend your "fair" organization now, with logic and reasoning. I will await your answer(s).

NTS is not a policy maker. it is an independent body which takes tests on the basis of directions of departments' policy. Genrelly, its a fair organization. Using NTS, departments save time. I think these are assumptions and allegations and there should be concrete evidence behind those, otherwise we shouldnt be blaming everyone as all the pakistan is not corrupt.

Mr. Usman Shaukat, my friend, I am not talking about the Economic Policy or Development Policy of Pakistan or Defence Policy, I inquired about the "merit" policy of NTS, its organizational merit policy based on what it carried out the selection of NAB tests. As you put "the department's policy", what exactly is that policy, a fair organization should never have a problem disclosing it, and why doesn't NTS do that? Why, because it is independent? Right. NTS' independence is basically what is so bothering, it is independent in a way that it is disregarding the merit itself. FPSC declares its merit policy, why doesn't NTS do the same? To say that the objection forms were all not entertained by NTS is not an "allegation", it has become a fact now because NTS has not considered any objection form at all (that is to say, of all the objections raised, miraculously none was valid), and "NTS has moved on to the next phase" like offering of the objections' addressal never ever even took place; it is a reality, not a fiction. I expect a logical, evidentiary defense of NTS anymore.

Totally Agree Man!!!!
I appeared in a NAB Test for the Post of Assistant Manager (IT)-BPS 16, way back in June 2012, Test was conducted By NTS... I scored 75 marks in that test and still have a proof of it, as they did provide carbon copy of OMR sheets that time.... When I asked NTS about that they simply said 'we just conduct the test and forward the results to concerned Organization, I waited, waited, and waited But wait goes long and long and then simply PAKISTAN ZINDABAD

Is there any solid reason that Nts should be banned?
Bhai test ppsc lay fpsc lay ya Nts jis kay marks kam hain wo reject hai.
competition kay exam hain top merit walay qualify kartay hain.
Nts ko ban is liay hona chaheay kay wo
Result ek week main announce kar daita hai
ya is liay kay ap ko carbon copy provide ki jati hai ap ki tasali kay liay.
Nts ko ban karwany sy behtar hai ap thori ziada mehnat karo InshAllah qualify kar jao gay.
Quota system tou puray pakistan main hai.agar sindh ya Balochistan ka merit kam hai tou Nts kia karay.
Improvement ki zarorat tou har organization ko hoti hai aur pakistan ki tou almost har organization ko zarorat hai.

Last test score was 65 in sindh.
All above 65 passed the test. Many failed in psychological test.
I dnt knw the cut off of ur region so cant claim on that.
As far as objections are concerned, a friend of mine got his 1 mark increased... he had scored 84 as per carbon copy but only 83 in nts result.
Result was updated after his objection...

N css ki knowledge to i presume sb ko ho gi na???
Punjab me 700 marks le kr b banda postal group k lye tarasta he jb k sindh me 611 pr dmg mil jata he. So ban fpsc as well...
I.b ki last test me 92 passing score tha. Us c phle wale me 87 i guess. So ban i.b as well...
Fpsc conducted senior auditor test about a year back. Last week result aya. I passed the test but dnt knw my score n that of all others in passing list. I dnt even knw k kitne log merit pr hn n kitne source wale. Spsc ko quote krna bekar he yhan pr bcs test c pehle e demands aana strt ho jate hn k itne lakh me test pass, itne ka interview...
Test hone c phle 90% seats auction ho chuki hte hn...
To sum up, i hv already mentioned that merit varies region to region. Agr phle e passing ratio decide kr do ge to problem ho jae gi...
20 seats pr agr 2000 bande aa gae to organization wont b able to interview them... thus the nts in instructed to select top 100(5 per seat) n take them to stage 2.
Its totally practical n transparent procedure. it is fast n eleminates corruption.
