Default Queries about PAEC MS fellowship.
Seniors, I'm going to apply for PAEC MS fellowship program. Fortunately, if I got selected and want to continue it along with preparation for CSS 2016. Then, at later stage will they give me NOC for CSS exam?
Another query, let's say I'm selected in CSS cadre as well, then will PAEC allow me for that?

Need urgent reply, as May 8th is the last date for apply.
