Course Outline of AM (HR/ADMN) NTDC
 

NTDC has announced the post of AM (HR/ADMN) B-17 through NTS and its test date is 30-31 Jan 2016 but no course outlines are displayed by NTS. Does any body has any idea regarding course outline of above post.

Contents may be displayed before test. Hopefully it contains English, current affairs, GK and few Field related questions.

last time I was appeared in PESCO test for the same position the test was based on HR subject, GK, and English. So I think same pattern will be applied on this position too.

how much score u got in ur above test and can you share %age of each portion

83% was related to HR subjects while other 17% was based on GK,Islamiat,CA,PA.

HR subject like appraisal, training and development,Research methods,IT, etc.

Test Pattern Announced
 

[B]Part-I: Current Affairs [/B]
Total Marks: 17% (Paper will consist of 17 questions)
Passing Marks: 40% (i.e 6.8 Marks)

[B]Part-II: Professional / Technical [/B]
Total Marks: 83% (Paper will consist of 83 questions)
Passing Marks: 50% (i.e 41.5 Marks)
[B]A candidate has to pass both Current Affairs & Professional/ Technical parts of the paper in order to become eligible for interview merit wise). As each question of the paper carries 01 mark so Minimum passing marks for part-1 & Part-II are 7 & 42 respectively.[/B]
