when not applying through proper channel.

i am govt. employee , i applied for a post at fedral, but did not get permission from my depptt:. even i did not tell them. and now i have passed.
can i tell FPSC that i am not through proper channel? will FPSC accept my biodata form on that basis without dept: permission?

what do you suggest?

will that be a fraud /omission/ misrepresentation if i dont mention myself as govt: employee in biodata form?

first you should have to be clear that either you want to join the fpsc job or not .
if yes then it depends on the interviewer what kind of attitude he/she has at the time. he can accept your reason being not given noc/permission by/from your parent department.
if they took it negatively than you are right they may reject you on the ground that you have told lie in the form.

It is not a big issue. There could be two solutions:-
a) Type a simple certificate: To Whom it may concern .....;Contact your administration of the Deptt.; request them to get it sign from the Section Officer of the Admin. (Tell them that it was very less time to apply for the post and so you applied and now luckily you had cleared and still there are 50 50 chance of selection)
b) Just send other required documents to FPSC and there is no harm in mentioning that you are already a Govt. Servant. (Tell them that you would get relieved from your Ministry if you get selected).
Lastly, if you have less than a year job in your parent deptt. then there is no need to get Departmental Permission: If you get selected, simply resign 15 days before you join the other Deptt.

As suggested on the above comment, if you have less than 1 years of experience and you really want to join the new deptt, then there is no need to obtain the NOC if they are not giving it easily. Just resign and join the new deptt. However if you have experience of more than 1-2 years, then you should talk with the higher administration about your condition. If the new deptt is willing to take you without NOC, you'll get a fresh start in that deptt. Your previous deductions and experience will not be counted in your new service

hellyeah and others plz reply my query plz i have over 2 years of experience in public sectr organization (police deptt) now i am over 30 years can i have age relaxation in NBp and Secp Jobs where age limit mentioned is 30 years.
i have heard that if one has two years continous govt job he has 10 years relaxation.
plz comment how can i get written proof of it . if nts or NBP and SECP requires any.
