Every subject has its own charm and scope. But, MA English is better than others in terms of its scope. You can join elite class schools such as Beacon house, the city, the roots etc. You can join Pak army, Air force and Navy as an English instructor etc. All these are the other benefits along with Lectureship.

MA ENGLISH
MA PAKISTAN STUDIES
These two subjects are compulsory in every school, college and even in some universities so for lecturership these are good choices
