Interview for Assistant planning commission

Anyone who has been shortlisted for interview for the post of Assistant at ministry of planning development and commission??? The written exam for the said post was conducted on 5th of june 2016 by UTS (Universal Testing Service) and result was declared after two weeks of exam. But neither the interview has been conducted so far nor it has been scheduled despite passing one month of declaring result. Would anyone let me know that why interview is being delayed?
