Dear Hawkie,

Around 8 instrumentation candidates were chosen for interview from the test on 1st nov.
But FFBL also conducted a test on 31st oct. I dont know if it had instrumentation candidates. If it did then the total count of shortlisted candidates would be higher (I am guessing around 15-16 candidates).

Has anyone applied for Mgt Associate (Finance) position? Any test held for the finance candidates?

Finance candidates were also present in the test held on 1st nov.
Moreover the co-ordinator said that the test on 1st nov was the last and now no more tests will be held.

Q1. What was your FYP? Explain how it worked?
Q2. What is hall effect?
Q3. What is a switch and a transmitter in process industry?
Q4. What is a transducer? Give an example of transducer?
Q5. What is DCS?
Q6. Differentiate between DCS and PLC.
Q7. What is thermocouple? How does it work?
Q8. Why are wires shielded in a process industry?

i answered 5 questions correctly. Only one non-technical question was asked and that was "Introduce your self"
