kindly suggest me how to prepare the syllabus for this post. because the documents contain large files comprising hundreds of pages and what kind of mcq's will be there out of these ? are there any sample papers for this

There is no short cut for this, one has to go through all the acts and laws thoroughly to pass the test. I made notes for all the acts mentioned and you can do this as well , make short bullet notes but for this you have to go through all material first

yup he only option left is to prepare once own notes , there is no other way out

Ma'am jese bhi notes hain muje samagh a jae gi . Mailed you already for notes so kindly help me with your notes. General financial rules are the most difficult and its amazing you compressed 110 to 13 pages . Eagerly waiting for a ray of hope in form of notes now
