Default Fpsc's general recruitment and age rules

Can anyone please confirm me a query about Fpsc's general recruitment age rules. Is a candidate who's applying for a post that has 28 years max limit is of 30 years of age eligible for that job? can he/she claim age relaxation as the post he/she is applying was not opened for job when the person was 28 years of age.
does Fpsc give margin of 2-3 years in case of overage when it comes to final selection?
any candidate here who got selected or not selected in such situation?or anyone have an idea about it?
please respond as it would be great not to waste money on challans if you are not even eligible for such post(s) due to age.

Yes person with age 30 years can apply in Post for age limit 28 years because federal government gives 5 years age relaxation to everyone in most of the jobs.

Thanks. The main concerned here is when a candidate applies for any post with age limit, the online form asks about claiming age relaxation. In such case what a candidate is supposed to do since the only time he/she can claim it as per recruitment rules that include government service experience, residents of Fata and such.

5 years age relaxation is for anyone without any restriction of service, domicile or any quota. While applying under 5 years general age relaxation there is no need to claim any kind of age relaxation in the online application. It automatically comes within the age limit. If you look at the advertisement closely, it is usually stated that 5 years general age relaxation which anyone can take advantage of.
