According to my knowledge these posts are PROJECT BASED and terminated with PROJECT.. Correct me if I am wrong

Are 40 marks enough to be eligible for interview? Or more marks in the test will give u advantage n reachng the interview stage?? Still confused about shortlisting procedure.
