Default A query regarding FPSC rules

I had applied for the post of Senior Auditor Case F4/150-2014

I have been given M.Phil equivalency by HEC in Finance and Accounting.

I have third division in BA.

FPSC says that since the criteria for the job was second division in BA, hence they considered my Masters as my Bachelors, and my M. Phil as masters. Hence, I can't be given the work experience relaxation which is bestowed to those who have done M. Phil.

I asked if there is any rule regarding it, and I was told that it is to be understood, and there is no need that it should be written.

Anyone who has knowledge regarding it and want to contribute, it will be very much appreciated. Thanks.
