Default Assistant Registrar Federal Ombudsman Secretariat

AoA,
It is to intimate all of those respectable members who've appeared in the test for the slot of Assistant Registrar, Federal Ombudsman Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace, that the result has been made public by the NTS and can be found at http://nts.org.pk/Test&Products/Resu...ult/Search.php.
Please share your marks! I could manage 74 only.
Good luck to all of you.

Default Interview for the Post of Assistant Registrar, FOS-PAH 26-04-2017

AoA guys and gals!
Those of you who've appeared in the subject interview are requested to share their experiences regarding the subject post (AR). I am posting this request out of extreme disappointment (or you may call it my poor performance?) as I found the interview to be not an interview due, mainly, to the fact that major components of an interview were missing there i.e.,
1. I was not directed to introduce myself.
2. Majority of the questions were asked not from the relevant acts like
a. Protection of Women Against Harassment at the Workplace Act-2010;
b. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women-1979;
c. Optional Protocol of CEDAW;
d. National Commission on the Status of Women-2012;
e. ILO's C100 (Equal Remuneration Convention-1951)
f. ILO's C111 (Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention-1958).
The mentioned Conventions/Acts are the most relevant and I was expecting that they would definitely ask questions out of it, so, I had been preparing them for the last five days, but they were asking questions too general to be asked in an interview of such a nature. Being a tough competitor for the last ten years and having a lot of experience of interviews (KPPMS+General Recruitment, FPSC Genral Recruitment) I won't be able to get through this interview, which is tragic.
P.S: While going to appear in the said interview from Nowshera to Islamabad, my car broken down near Jehangira, which took some one and a half hour to be fixed (and I made a call at that very moment and intimated the office of FOS-PAH about the situation), resulting in my late getting to the interview venue and providing an opportunity to the interviewers to screw me up for the fault that I was not responsible for. During the span of my interview, the interviewers were harping on the same string of telling me that I was not prepared (though I topped that test) and, due to that reason, I was making lame excuses. Which was quite an unknown experience for me as I have the same experience (regarding late coming) with the FPSC, but they duly recognised my compulsion and interviewed me in a very respectable manner which led to my recommendation through that interview. I am very very disappointed today, not because I'm gonna fail the interview but wondering that how could a Federal Government Organisation be run by the people who're being recruited in such a lame manner?
Respect!
