I have passed written and physical test for the post SI in FIA now i dont know what will be next? some candidates told me that after this they what conduct psychological test and interview. I dont know about psychological tests i dont know how they will conduct this test and what questions will they asked. Plz help me regard this. Thanks

I used to work as AD in ASF and resigned after three years because I got better job.

Everyone has their own choice but I will strongly advise all aspirants who want to join ASF as AD or Inspector to please have mercy on yourselves and DO NOT JOIN ASF. It is the worst department in the entire federal government. You will not only destroy your career and precious time by joining ASF but you will also end up destroying your family life. ASF will only take take from you and give nothing in return. What you expect in your mind as a government officer ASF is not that. Only after joining ASF its reality will open up to you. So please as a former victim of ASF I beg all of the aspirants to look for other jobs and careers and don't waste your precious life and time on this ASF. If anyone do not want to listen to my advise they can go ahead and become a BPS 17 Security Guard.

You are right.But it is better for those who have suffered failures in every other fields.

Yes it is like a last resort. But even in that case running your own business is far far better than joining ASF. At least when you run your own business you will remain in your home and close to your family.
